To give maximum flexibility, right handed and left handed machines are available. The layout shown on the right, shows a typical layout with our optional de-stacker loader and 90° curved infeed conveyor. An extended infeed has also been chosen to give the quality control operator a good view of the eggs.

PT 3 Egg Transfer
Based upon our highly successful PSPC egg packer, the PT 3 offers tray to tray egg transfer with points setting. 99.7% of eggs are set with the points down to maximise hatchability.
Operating with just two persons, the PT 3 boasts a capacity of up to 22,000 eggs per hour depending on the setter tray in use.
Automatic setter tray denesting and empty tray stacking are fitted as standard.
The operator has the opportunity to remove any rejects before the eggs are placed into the setter trays.
With this capacity and our gentle, individual egg handling, the egg transfer process can be accomplished in a much shorter time helping to optimise your use of labour.
